La única diferencia es que, cuando el Consorcio de Compensación de Seguros lo haya pagado absolutamente todo a los perjudicados, o sea, bajas por incapacidad, lesiones, daños materiales de todo tipo, pérdida de ingresos para aquellas empresas o autónomos perjudicados, coches de substitución, asistencia sanitaria, recuperaciones, intervenciones quirúrgicas, modificaciones de viviendas para los lesionados, modificaciones de vehículos para los discapacitados y un largo etcétera de prestaciones, el consorcio reclamará o recobrará los importes que haya debido indemnizar al conductor causante del accidente.
